Registration fee & Refunds

The registration fee (a duo couple is a single registration) is:

• Earlybird (until 2024-04-11) – 35€
• Normal  (until 2024-05-11) – 40€
• Last minute (until 2024-05-13) – 60€

Refund policy:

• 100% refund until 2024-05-11
• 50% refund until 2024-05-14
• Last chance to cancel participation: 2024-05-14
• Last chance to edit (change division): 2024-05-15 15:00

Registrations in multiple age categories, disciplines or with multiple duo partners are possible against payment.

Registrations are only valid after payment!

Weigh-in

Weigh-in is directly before your first fight with the gi (we calculate 2 kg tolerance). There is no to weight tolerance for No Gi categories!

Rules and head referee: Patrik Tremel

Medical Team: A doctor and paramedics will be in the sports hall.

Catering: Food and beverages will be available at the buffet in the sports hall.

Liability: The organizing team will not accept any liability whatsoever.

Day of the tournament: Check your bracket(s), look if it’s all in the right order and be in the sports hall at least 1 hour before your fight – first stop by the registration desk.

Information: Possible changes will be published at the event page of smoothcomp. With the registration to this tournament the athlete agrees that their personal data as well as photos will be edited, collected, saved, and published.
