DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Lithuania Grappling Gi/NoGi Cup Championship runs under IGF rules with both individual and team competitions. Divisions span Beginners\, Advanced\, Adult Men\, and Masters Men across both disciplines.\n\n**Registration & fees:**\n- €30 per discipline (normal\, until February 22)\n- €40 per discipline (late\, February 23–26)\n- €10 surcharge if athlete exceeds registered weight category at weigh-in\n\n**Competition structure:**\nWeigh-in runs 9:00–10:00\, with matches starting at 11:00. Beginners are defined as BJJ white belts\, Judo white-green belts\, IGF white-green belts\, or athletes with fewer than 2 years in any wrestling sport.\n\nIndividual medalists (1st–3rd places) receive medals. Team rankings combine results from both disciplines\, with points awarded per finish: 1st place (7 points)\, 2nd place (5 points)\, 3rd place (3 points).
