The event features three experience-based divisions—Beginner (up to 2 years)\, Advanced (2–5 years)\, and Expert (5+ years)—with dedicated weight classes for men and women.\n\n**Registration & Schedule:**\n- Regular: 250 kr | Late: 375 kr | Open class: 100 kr\n- Weigh-in: 8:00–9:00\n- Competition starts after the 9:30 Rules Q&A\n- ID required at weigh-in\n\n**Weight divisions:**\n- Men: –70kg\, –80kg\, –90kg\, –100kg\, +100kg\, Open Class\n- Women: –60kg\, –70kg\, +70kg\, Open Class\n\nCompetitors with 3 or fewer entries in their weight class can move up.
