Teams of five compete in continuous elimination format with a unique ruleset focused on submission-only victories.\n\n**Competition rules:**\n- 4-minute matches with no points\, advantages\, or disadvantages\n- Only submissions end matches\; tiebreaker is a 2-minute back control round\n- Weight limits: 420 kg for men's teams\, 350 kg for women's teams\n- Maximum one black belt per team\, who cannot be the heaviest member\n- Banned techniques include slams\, scissor takedowns\, jumping guard\, and single finger/toe grips\n\nRegistration is 2\,990 kr. per team through Sportabler.
