DESCRIPTION:GLIMA - TEAM TOURNAMENT VOL 3.0 is a No-Gi team grappling event using the Glíma format. Teams of three compete in submission-only 5-minute rounds with a winner-stays-on elimination structure and round robin team divisions.\n\n**Divisions:**\n- Teens (13-15 years\, under 70kg)\n- Adults (White\, Blue\, Purple+ belts based on grappling experience)\n- Combined weight limits: 250kg for men/mixed teams\, 210kg for women's teams\n\n**Format specifics:** 1-minute rest between rounds\, stalling penalties (3 = disqualification)\, EBI overtime for final match draws.\n\nRegistration: 300 DKK. Doors open 9:30\, weigh-in 10:00–10:30.
