DESCRIPTION:GNC Summer Tour: Mitry-Mory is a No-Gi competition for seniors (16+) following IBJJF rules. Three belt divisions compete: White Belt\, Blue/Purple\, and Brown/Black\, with 5-minute match durations.\n\n**Registration:**\n- €15 until June 28\, 2026\n- €25 from June 28 to July 13\, 2026\n\n**Weigh-ins (mandatory in shorts and t-shirt):**\n- Friday\, July 18: 5–8 PM at Parc des Épivans\, 28 avenue de Neuilly\, Fontenay-sous-Bois\n- Sunday\, July 19: 8–9 AM at Parc des Douves\n\nCompetition requires fight shorts and rashguard.
