DESCRIPTION:Five day women only jiu-jitsu camp at Avant Garde BJJ in San Gwann\, Malta\, hosted by the Jiu Jitsu Queenz community and led by Ana Mayordomo together with Rose el Sharouni. The camp is the first edition of a new annual summer programme designed around technical training\, recovery and a strong community vibe.\n\nThe full camp package includes eighteen jiu-jitsu sessions across the five days\, supported by yoga\, sauna and ice bath sessions and a few small extras. A lighter ticket is also available for participants who can only attend three of the five days\, giving the option to dip in without committing to the full programme. The format is aimed at female practitioners of all levels who want to combine a focused training block with a summer break.\n\nPricing is structured around super early bird\, early bird and regular tiers\, with both ticket types available through the host site.
