The camp focuses on integrating wrestling fundamentals and chain wrestling into a BJJ game rather than treating the two as separate disciplines.\n\nThe schedule runs from Friday to Monday and includes seven training sessions in total\, with two sessions on most days and a closing session to wrap up the camp. Each session blends drilling\, technical instruction and live sparring. The host academy provides a 144 square metre matted area\, separate male and female changing rooms and shower facilities.
