DESCRIPTION:Owen Livesey\, Polaris champion and one of the UK's top grapplers\, brings his Wrestling for BJJ camp to Carlson Gracie Hull for a two-day workshop focused on takedowns for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The weekend is built for grapplers who want to sharpen their wrestling and rely less on pulling guard.The camp runs across Saturday and Sunday with four sessions in total: technique and drilling at 10:00 each morning\, followed by live sparring at 14:00 in the afternoon.
