DESCRIPTION:TOURNOI GI ET NOGI runs both disciplines on the same day under UWW rules\, with divisions for U20 Juniors\, Seniors (20+)\, and Veterans (40–50).\n\n**Important requirements:**\n\n- FFLDA license mandatory (with IA mention and Grappling as primary discipline)\n- No age or weight reclassification permitted\n- No weight tolerance\n- Weigh-in in shorts (no pockets) and t-shirt for both Gi and No-Gi\n\n**Registration:** €30 per participant\, €5 spectator entry.
