How to Submit an Event
Share your BJJ event with the European community
Do you organise a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament, seminar, or camp in Europe? We'd love to feature your event on EuroBJJ! Follow these simple steps to submit your event.
Step 1: Create an Account
First, you'll need a free EuroBJJ account. This takes less than a minute.
- Click the "Sign up" button in the top right corner
- Enter your name, email address, and create a password
- Or sign up quickly using your Google account
- Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
Step 2: Submit Your Event
Once logged in, you can submit your event through your dashboard.
- Go to your Dashboard (click your name in the top right)
- Click on "Submit New Event"
- Fill in the event details:
- Event name and description
- Date and location
- Event type (tournament, seminar, or camp)
- Registration link
- Event image (optional but recommended)
- Click "Submit for Review"
Step 3: Review Process
After submission, our team will review your event to ensure it meets our guidelines. This usually takes less than 24 hours.
- You'll receive an email notification when your event is approved
- If we need more information, we'll contact you via email
- Once approved, your event will be visible to thousands of BJJ practitioners across Europe
What events can I submit?
We accept BJJ-related events taking place in Europe, including:
- Tournaments - Gi, No-Gi, or both
- Seminars - Technique workshops and masterclasses
- Camps - Multi-day training camps and retreats
- Open Mats - Community training sessions
