Every weight class’ three best fighters get medals.

Special Prize for Open Weight winners and for Best Academy.

REGISTRATION FEES

Early bird registration 40€ 19th of June until 16th of August

Regular registration 50€ 17th of August until 9th of October

Late registration 60€ 10th of October until 15th of October

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON OCTOBER 15TH 2024, 23:59.

SmoothComp allows you to register without paying. Only paid registrations will be counted and published after October 15th 2024, 23:59.

Message in the payment has to contain:

Fighters name, sex, academy, team and category.

Attention all fighters ❗️

Registration fee includes both categories: your own weight class and open weight class (optional). There’s no need for double payment even if Smoothcomp says so! If you register to participate in both categories, don’t double the fee.

PS❗️Competitor can compete in open weight category only if they compete in their own weight class as well❗️

Beginner: -2 years experience; Intermediate: 2-4 years experience; Pro: 4+ years experience of some grappling style.

WEIGH IN

Competitors only:

There will be weigh-in held from 08:30-9:30 on October 19th 2024.

ATHLETES MUST BE PRESENT FOR WEIGH-IN

Athletes who are overweight will be automatically disqualified and cannot compete.

No refund of competition fees in any case of wrong registration, not showing up for fight or being disqualified for being overweight or not being at the registration and/or weigh-in or any other reasons.

A list of competitors will be published on October 17th on www.adccestonia.eu. Please check if you are in the right division. info@adccestonia.eu. No e-mail sent later than the deadline will be considered.

Before the start of the competition only questions will be answered, competitors must read the rules beforehand.

MINI SPORTS BAR

A mini sports bar is open throughout the competition on the second floor.

REFEREE

Referee seminar will be held a day before the competition, on 18th of October 2023, Aitado Judosaal, Sõjakooli 3, Tallinn at 20:30.

The seminar consists of two parts: theory & practice at the competition next day on October 19th. Every approved referee will get an official ADCC referee sertificate in C-category.
