REGISTRATION FEES
KIDS
Normal (until 31.10.2025, 23:00 pm) – CHF 60
Late (until 17.11.2025, 23:59 pm) – CHF 70
ADULTS
Normal ( until 31.10.2025, 23:00 pm) – CHF 100
Late (until 17.11.2025, 23:59 pm)- CHF 110

The deadline for registration is Monday November 17th 23:59 

Athletes may modify or cancel their registration until 17th November at 23:59. After this deadline, no changes or division transfers will be permitted.

REFUND POLICY

Athletes have until the last day of registration to apply for a refund.

Refunds will not be available in case of an athlete’s disqualification. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline. Athletes who miss their match or fail to be present on time will not be eligible for a refund.

WEIGH-IN

Weigh-ins will only take place at the scheduled times. Failure to show up at the scheduled times will result in the inability to be verified, which will result in disqualification.

Athletes, who are overweight will be automatically disqualified and cannot compete.

Proof  of identity will be required at weigh in.

Athletes are only required to weigh once. There is a 0.0 weight allowance at the scale.

COMPETITION DAY

Sunday 23.11.2025, 08:00 – 11:00 (as competition starts from 09:00 all athletes need to do weigh-in 1 hour before their fights.

For all participants who’s fight starts after 11:00am – they should do weigh-in before 11:00 as after this time weigh in will be closed for the day)

NOTICE:The organizer reserves the right to merge weight categories in case some of the categories are empty or don’t have a minimal amount of athletes.

REWARDS:

Every weight classes’ three best fighters get medal.

The team that gets most of the points – the “Best Team Trophy ” and cash prize – 500 CHF

Absolute Pro division winners gets Absolute Champion Belts

The event will be streamed live.

Divisions

Once you have competed at a level, you cannot move back to a lower level.

* Beginner:

Less than 2yrs training in BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, Sambo etc AND No Professional MMA fights 

* Intermediate:

2yrs-4yrs training AND no major/top level medals in Grappling, Wrestling, Sambo etc or competed in any professional MMA fights

* Advanced:

If you are a 15-17 y.o  training 5yrs+in any discipline, you are Advanced.

If you are training for less than 5 years but have major/top level medals in Grappling, Wrestling, Sambo etc. or have competed in professional MMA fights then you are also Advanced.

* Professional: 

If you are an adult  training 5yrs+ in any discipline, you are Professional.

If you are training for less than 5 years but have major/top level medals in Grappling, Wrestling, Sambo etc or have competed in professional MMA fights then you are also Professional level.

* Masters: Aged 35+ (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced & Professional),

Masters Professionals category will use (ADVANCED/INTERMEDIATE rules)
Masters Advanced/Intermediate category will use (ADVANCED/INTERMEDIATE rules)
Masters Beginners category will use (BEGINNERS rules)

ABSOLUTE DIVISION 

To participate in ABSOLUTE  ADULT you have to be an ADULT +18 – PROFESSIONAL level, as the division follows professional rules. 

To participate in ABSOLUTE  MASTERS you have to be an ADULT +35 – PROFESSIONAL level,  division follows ADVANCED/INTERMEDIATE rules .

Absolute division is open only to all medalists of Professional divisions.

Registration will take place on the day after all Professional divisions fights are finished. After division results are available, please go to the weigh-in/registration desk to register yourself for Absolute Division.

Which Age Group should you enter? 

Enter the age group that you will be ON THE DAY of the tournament.

COACH REGISTRATION

Registration for coaches is mandatory in order to be able to pass within the gates and be able to advise athletes from the coach’s corner. We will have one chair for one coach of the competitor on the mat.

0-9 competitors: 1 coach 

9+ competitors: 2 coaches

Maximum 2 coaches per academy/team!

The only people  that will be allowed to pass within the gates during the tournament are competitors, coaches, staff with official competition accreditation.
