Disciplines and participation

Competition will be held in Ju-Jitsu Groundfight and JJIF Jiu-Jitsu.
For Jiu-Jitsu JJIF rules will apply, for Groundfight the rules of VJJF will apply. 

In each discipline we offer categories from U10 till Adults. (For groundfight from U8) Athletes can compete in multiple weight categories and disciplines. Taken in mind that an athlete can only compete one age or weight category higher. In the higher age category it is only possible if the rules are the same.

Merging or splitting

We try to give everybody a minimum of 2 opponents. In this it is possible that we merge categories to manage this. We always keep safety in mind when merging. 

If we receive a big amount of inscriptions for a category we can request additional info about belt and experience to split them up.

Cancellation policy

Enrol as fast as possible so other teams know who has interest in the competition. Till 6 of april a full refund is possible in any case. After it there are also possibilities!

Between 6 April and 15 April refund can be requested for:

athletes having no opponents (but can be merged). 
a category with only own team members.

A refund can be requested till 1 week after event for and with proof:

athlete was sick only with doctors’ proof
athlete need to work unexpected, note of the employer
