⏰ SCHEDULE DETAILS
Weigh-ins start at 08:30, but ONLY for athletes whose matches appear on the monitor.
Matches begin promptly at 09:00.
Note: Kids’ matches often proceed faster than scheduled. Please arrive with plenty of time to prepare.
Divisions may be moved to available mats to maintain flow.
All times are dynamic—your match might start earlier than expected!
⚖️ WEIGH-INS
Athletes weigh in 15–30 minutes before their match when their name appears on the monitor.
Weigh-ins are conducted in full uniform (gi).
🎓 COACHES
Maximum of 3 coaches per academy permitted.
Coaches must register via Smoothcomp to receive a free coach pass.
⏱ MATCH DURATIONS
Under 6 years: 2 minutes
Ages 7–9: 3 minutes
Ages 10–15: 4 minutes
🔀 MIXED DIVISIONS

To ensure every athlete gets to compete, we may combine classes if there are not enough participants.

Priority is on weight, followed by age.
For kids, belt colors may also be mixed if needed.
We aim for at least 3 participants per division, but sometimes 2 may be necessary.
💳 COMPETITION FEES
Early Bird: 250 SEK
Normal Registration: 350 SEK
Late Registration: 500 SEK
🎟 ENTRANCE FEES
Spectator fee: 120 SEK
Free for kids under 12
Free entrance for 3 coaches per team and 1 accompanying relative per athlete
🔁 REFUND POLICY
100% refund available if cancellation is made by Wednesday, 10 September 2025 at 23:59 via Smoothcomp.
No refunds after this date.
📝 CHANGES TO WEIGHT CLASS
Deadline to make any changes: Wednesday, 10 September 2025 at 23:59
🏅 MEDALS
Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place finishers.
