Please note: We may move divisions to available mats if a mat finishes ahead of schedule. All times are subject to change—be sure to arrive early, as your match may start earlier than expected.

⚖️ Weigh-In

Weigh-ins will occur 15-30 minutes before your match, when your name appears on the monitor. You will weigh in with your full uniform on.

Kids & Juveniles (Gi):

• Early Bird: 300 SEK
• Normal Registration: 400 SEK
• Late Registration: 500 SEK

Kids & Juveniles (No-Gi):

• Early Bird: 300 SEK
• Normal Registration: 400 SEK
• Late Registration: 500 SEK

Combined Gi & No-Gi for Kids & Juveniles:

• Early Bird: 500 SEK
• Normal Registration: 600 SEK
• Late Registration: 800 SEK

Adults & Masters (Gi):

• Early Bird: 400 SEK
• Normal Registration: 500 SEK
• Late Registration: 700 SEK

Adults & Masters (No-Gi):

• Early Bird: 400 SEK
• Normal Registration: 500 SEK

Combined Gi & No-Gi for Adults & Masters:

Black Belt Registration (Male & Female):

• Free

🎟 Entrance Fee

• 120 SEK (Kids under 12 enter free)
• 1 kid competing = 1 free adult entry
• Each team receives 3 coaches with free entry
• Payment is due at the entrance

🔄 Refunds

• Full Refund if canceled by Sunday 3rd June, 2026, 12:00 PM (31st May, 2026, 23:59 directly on smoothcomp after that via email to bjjnation@mmacenter.se)

🏅 Medals

Kids: Medals awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places in all kids divisions.

Juveniles, Adults, & Masters: Medals awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in their respective divisions and open classes.

👥 Juveniles in Adult Classes

Juveniles (16-17 years old) may choose to compete in the Adult class. A signed guardian’s certificate is required for registration. This certificate can be uploaded during registration or emailed to bjjnation@mmacenter.se.

🔄 Group Merging Guidelines

Kids:

1. We will combine weight classes within the same age and belt (we avoid large weight differences when possible).
2. We may combine different belt classes within the same age group.
3. We may adjust weight classes while keeping the same belt.
4. If no other option works, we may merge age or belt classes, or cancel the division with a refund.
5. If merging isn’t possible, we will refund the registration fee.

Adults & Masters:

1. We require at least two participants to form a weight class. If necessary, we will merge weight classes within the same age group (keeping weight differences in mind).
2. We may combine with the age group below (Master 3 >> Master 2 >> Master 1 >> Adult).
3. If merging is not possible, we will cancel the class and issue a refund.
4. Always check the brackets when published. If moved to a class you cannot accept, you may cancel under the normal refund policy.

🏆 Additional Information

• Merging of classes will primarily be based on weight and, secondarily, age.
• Kids may sometimes be grouped by belt color as well.
• We aim to ensure at least 3 participants per class, but occasionally, two athletes may be sufficient.
