Come and break society’s stressed trend. Join us for our grappling camp in the woods and experience the harmony. We have a large old farm on a lovely meadow next to a lake.

Training plan

The sessions take place Sunday evening – Saturday morning from 08.00-09.30 and 17.30-19.00. The training is adapted so everyone will be able to cope with the entire week’s training plan.

You can train with or without gi on all sessions. Drills and strategies work for both options.

During the week you will be given the opportunity to try basic breathing sessions and basic

yoga sessions as recovery activities in addition to saunas and lake baths.

It is possible to use the mat in addition to the classes offered.

The puzzle mat is placed in the barn or on the lawn.

Information

Guests are encouraged to use mobile phones and the like as little as possible.

At least three months of grappling experience is recommended

Participants under the age of 18 without a guardian require the guardian’s approval

Bed linen is not included, bring your own bed linen or sleeping bag.

You are responsible for your own food. Well equipped kitchen available. There are plenty of restaurants approximately three km from the house.

Maximum 22 accommodation in 4 bedrooms. There is a separate bed for each person.

Prices

2100 SEK per person.

Accommodation and training are included in the price. Food is not included. There is a good kitchen in the house. There are many restaurants around 3 km from the camp. Anyone who wants to have their own accommodation or participate in individual scheduled classes can also participate. A class costs SEK 150.
