ALL COMPETITORS MUST READ THE RULES PRIOR TO COMPETING

All matches will be EBI rules

1 Free Coach Entry Per Team (email organiser prior to competition or will need to pay on door)

Team trophy

Juniors illegal moves are all twisting leglocks, spine locks and neck cranks.

White belt illegal moves are heel hooks, spine locks and neck cranks.

Blue belt and above all submissions are legal.

Rashguards must be worn for Gi & Nogi

EBI overtime rules apply, one round each.

NO SISSOR LEG TAKEDOWNS

NO SLAMMING TO ESCAPE SUBS OR TO INJURE

Juniors – 4 mins

Men’s and Women’s – 5 mins

Weigh-ins for Gi will be without Gi

0.5kg weight allowance
