Content of the practice

It will be about 50 percent technical practice and the rest different kinds of sparring.

– 10 + years  and adults in gi will focus on spider/lasso guard. Each coach show their favourites.

– 10 + years and adults in nogi will focus on how they prefer to start from standing, takedown or guard pull. Each coach show their favourites.

– 7-9 years  will be more playful and have a big variation of technique and sparring.

– 10 + adults gi and nogi: 1100 SEK

– 10 + adults gi:  900 SEK

– 10 + adults nogi: 700 SEK

– 10 + adults, one class: 300 SEK

– 7-9 years, 700 SEK

– 7-9 years, one class 200 SEK

Mat area

It will be minimum 200 sqm puzzle mat. Minimum 40 mm thick.

– There are NO LOCKER ROOMS

– There are NO SHOWERS

– There is many pay-toilets avaliable in Kulturhuset right beside the mats
