EVENT LOCATION

Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub, W3 8LQ

Doors open at 8AM 

Competitor Lists:

• Live Updates: Competitor lists are live during the registration process and can be viewed under the “Registrations” tab on the event page.
• Check Your Details: Make sure to log in on the last day of registration to review your information and the competitor lists.

Reminder: Don’t wait until the brackets are published and locked to confirm your details!

Changing Divisions:

• Deadline: After registration closes, you have until 6 PM the next day to make changes.
• How to Change: Log in to your account and update your registration details.
• After the change deadline, registrations are locked, and no further changes can be made.

Need Help? If you have trouble changing your division, contact us by email.

Division Mergers:

• After the Change Deadline: If no one is in your division group, you may be merged with another division.
• If No Merge Is Possible: Solo competitors will receive gold and an exhibition match.

Compensation: Solo competitors without matches will still receive gold, and we can arrange an exhibition match with a suitable opponent on the day.

Brackets and Schedule:

• Release Time: Brackets and schedules will be available 48 hours before the tournament.
• Where to Find Them: Check the “Brackets and Schedule” tab on the event page.
• A large TV near the weigh-in table will display the live schedule, showing match orders for each mat.
• If you haven’t presented yourself for your match, we’ll make a courtesy call on the microphone.
• Arrive at least 60 minutes before your division’s start time, as some divisions may start early.
• Stay updated on your match times using your mobile device: Smoothcomp Guide.

Important: Be at the mat on time for your matches!

Weigh-Ins:

• When: Weigh-ins are on the event day.
• Attire: No need to wear your gi during weigh-ins.
• Multiple Divisions: You only need to weigh in once, even if competing in several divisions.
• Timing: Weigh in anytime from the event opening until 60 minutes before your division starts.

Important: You must weigh in and meet the weight requirement by this deadline, or you will be disqualified.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds are available, minus a £10 administrative fee. Alternatively, you may request a full coupon credit for a future event.
• Normal Registration Period: No cash refunds are issued. However, you will receive a full coupon credit that can be used for any future event.
• Late Registration Period: No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

Note: If your opponent doesn’t show up on event day and you have no match, you’ll receive a full coupon credit.
