COMPETITOR LISTS: Competitor list is public and can be viewed by checking out the registrations tab on the event page.

CHANGING DIVISIONS: Changes are allowed until the last week of registrations, athletes can edit their details simply logging into their account and modifying their registration details. If there’s no enough fighters in a division, we reserve the right to merge them into another fair one if available.

WEIGH-INS: Take place on the day of the event. All the weigh-ins are in fighting uniform (Gi or grappling gear). if you are fighting both division, you only weight in once with the Gi. Athletes must make weight for their division or else will be disqualified*.

REFUND POLICY: We can issue refunds for an event registration until the early bird date, 1st of September. From the 1st of September to the 30th of September, only full coupon credits will be issued for future events. After the 30th of September, there will be no refunds or future credits issued.

Please note that there will be a £10 charge for refunds to cover costs and PayPal charges.

Refunds and Credits can be requested by emailing fighters.dna.events@gmail.com. Competitors who do not have a bracket will be contacted and asked to be merged into a different category, the ones still unmatched on the day of the event will be entitled to request a coupon credit.

***We ask athletes to be present in the venue at least 60 minutes prior their division start time in case the bracket starts earlier***
