We are proud to host this great event for all grapplers (Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling).

All clubs and affiliations are welcome, we are putting on this event for the community at an affordable price for all.

Emma will focus on Wrestling for Jiu Jitsu in these great workshops, not only is she a proven world level wrestler, she is now part of the Pedigo Submission Fighting (aka Daisy Fresh) team.

WOMEN’S SESSION

Friday 14th February (Toukon Academy Norwich, NR78SX) 1900-2030 –

This session is for women and girls aged 12+, we are putting on this extra session as Emma is passionate about getting women into wrestling. All women who attend this session can also attend the Saturday session for free!!!

MIXED SESSION

Saturday 15th February (Norwich venue tbc) 0930-1130 –

We will take this to a local sports hall for more room, we hope to get as many people to this event as possible to learn from this world level wrestler, probably a first for Norwich.
