We are back and super excited to showcase some of the countries top female grapplers alongside a plethora of up and coming talent at Enyo 7.

So get 07.06.25 in your diaries and come and watch the show at the Central Hall in Southampton.

As always there will be a free open mat hosted by Parity `Martial Arts (formerly Phoenix MMA Southampton), 11am-1pm on the day of the show, and everyone is welcome.
