Another world class competitor coming to cork to teach at T45, this month we finish with hosting @eoghanoflanagan for a seminar.

Eoghan has established himself as one of the top submission grapplers on the planet 🌍 with appearances on Grapplefest, Polaris, adcc and the Craig Jones Invitational. Known for his dynamic guard play and cavalier approach to leglocks.
