⚠️ 🇺🇸 DUE TO THE DISASTER CAUSED BY DANA, THE EVENT IS POSTPONED TO NOVEMBER 23 AND 24.

1- We are offering a partial refund of 80% to participants who cannot attend the proposed date and the other 20% will be compensated at another event organized by the F.V.L together with the FIJJD.

2- Participants who want to save their registration for another event organized by the F.V.L together with the FIJJD should only inform us by email at spainbjjtour@gmail.com. This attitude will be of great help to us in this difficult time.

3- Registration will be open until November 18, 2024.

4- Admission to the public will be 1kg of non-perishable food or 1L of milk that will be donated to those affected by the catastrophe caused by DANA in the Valencian Community.

WEIGHING RULES

1- The participant can choose which time they want to weigh in, it is not necessary to weigh themselves twice.

2- The participant who does not appear at the time stipulated for weighing will be disqualified.

3- The participant must appear for the weigh-in dressed in shorts and a t-shirt or tracksuit.

4- To identify yourself it is necessary to carry an official document with a photo such as: DNI, NIE, ID, RG, CNH or PASSPORT

5- The official weight measurements for this event are in KILOGRAMS and it is the same weight for both modalities, both with Kimono (Gi) and without kimono (NoGi):

ACCOMMODATION

The participant will be responsible for reserving their accommodation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*The competition has limited sports accident insurance, which will cover eventual accidents caused by the competitive dispute only on the day of the event.

*We recommend athletes have valid sports insurance to participate in the event.

LIMITED PLACES

If the maximum athlete limit for this event is reached before the registration deadline, the organization reserves the right to close registration before the indicated deadline.

Prior registration does not guarantee participation, the organization recommends formalizing the event registration payment before purchasing travel tickets.
