All entries include Gi & No-Gi division entry

• Spectator Pass: £10

⚖️ WEIGH-INS

• Begin at 8:00 AM, must be completed at least 60 minutes before your division
  
• No uniform required for weigh-ins
  
• Weigh-in once for all divisions
  
• Failure to weigh in = Disqualification
  
• Failure to make weight = moved up a weight category
  
• Max allowance: 0.5kg
  
• You do not need to wear your Gi to do any weigh-ins.

🧾 BRACKETS AND SCHEDULE

• Released 48 hours before event day
  
• Brackets may run up to 1 hour early

🥋 FORMAT

We use a round robin format to give you more mat time and experience.

Step on the mat. Level up. Evolve your game.

⚠️ DIVISION MERGERS AND CHANGES

If you’re alone in a division, we’ll attempt a fair merger.
If merging isn’t possible, you’ll receive credit for a future event.

Grapplix does not contact competitors directly about merges. It is your responsibility to check brackets.

Changing Divisions and Cancelling Registration:

You can modify or cancel your registration before the change deadline.
