Fight Scheduling
The schedule will be updated throughout the day and it is likely that the fight times will move as the day progresses. With this in mind we ask all competitors to please make sure they keep track of fight times via Smoothcomp. We will do our best to ensure smoothcomp is running and keeping up to date with the days schedule but as this is an online platform we cannot guarantee it keeps up at all times.
We will always attempt to make an announcement calling for any fighters that are not present but this is not guaranteed. If you aren’t present when due to fight you will be disqualified.
Entry Requirements
Please be sure to enter the correct weight, age and experience level when completing your entry. If incorrect details are entered this can cause unnecessary delays on the day and could lead to disqualification.
Changes/ amendments or merging divisions;
Any amendments to your original sign up need to be updated on your smoothcomp registration to the competition.
We reserve the right to merge divisions after the registration deadline in the unlikely event that you are the only competitor in your registered division. We will offer a refund if we are unable to offer you a match.
Weighing in
Weighing in takes place on the day of the competition starting from 8:30am and must be completed at the latest 30mins before your scheduled division start time. If you do not weigh in on time or have made the weight you will be disqualified and removed from the bracket.
Competition Etiquette
We take a zero tolerance policy to inappropriate behaviour by competitors, coaches, parents/guardians and spectators. Anyone who we deem to be displaying inappropriate behaviour will be given a warning, if there is a second instance they will then be asked to leave.
We ask all competitors and attendees to show a certain degree of restraint when supporting their students or team mates and also show a decent level of courtesy to the opposing fighter, referees and staff.
