We are privileged to have Jonathan Thomas @jonthomasbjj visiting us on Tuesday, 29th July, 7.30pm – 9.30pm for a fantastic GI seminar.

Jon Thomas, a black belt in BJJ since 2013, and also the other founder of @mavericksjj will be spending 2 hours showing us some GI magic. This will be great for all levels.
