What to Expect at Our Event
Professional Referees All matches are overseen by experienced referees to ensure fairness and safety.
Early Bird Discounts Register early to take advantage of reduced entry fees!
Event Media Coverage Professional photographers and videographers will be on-site to capture the action.
Open Class Prizes Compete for additional recognition and awards in the Open Class divisions.
Custom Awards Unique, high-quality medals and trophies for all podium finishers.
Spacious Venue Our event takes place at a large, modern facility with private parking for attendees.
Spectator Entry £10 per person – tickets available at the door.
Exhibition Matches Solo in your division? You’ll still be awarded gold, and we’ll do our best to arrange a suitable exhibition match on the day.

Competitor Lists & Registration
Live Updates: Competitor lists update in real time on the event page under the “Registrations” tab.
Final Check: Log in on the last day of registration to verify your name, division, and details.
Important: Don’t wait until brackets are locked—confirm your info beforehand!
Division Changes
Deadline: You have until 6 PM the day after registration closes to make any changes.
How To: Log in to your account and update your registration.
After Deadline: No further changes can be made.

Division Mergers & Solo Competitors
Post-Deadline: If you’re alone in a division, we may merge you with the nearest appropriate group.
No Match? No Problem: You’ll receive a full refund.
Brackets & Schedule
Release Time: Brackets and schedules will be published 48 hours before the event.
Where: Check the “Brackets and Schedule” tab on the event page.
At the Event: A live schedule will be displayed on a large TV near the weigh-in area.
Announcements: We’ll call your name via microphone if you’re not at your mat when called.
Arrive Early: Be present at least 60 minutes before your division starts, as times may change.
Stay Updated: Track your match times via your mobile using the Smoothcomp Guide.
Weigh-Ins
When: On the day of the event
What to Wear: Gi and Belt is required during weigh-ins
One-Time Weigh-In: Even if competing in multiple divisions
Deadline: Must weigh in at least 60 minutes before your division’s start
Note: Failure to make weight will result in disqualification
Refund Policy
If you don’t get a match due to a no-show opponent, you’ll receive full event credit. To request a refund or credit: Email us at bjjscrap@gmail.com
