🚨 LEG LOCK CLINIC – SEMINAR ANNOUNCEMENT 🦿

We’re buzzing to announce that on Tuesday 2nd September, Fortress Jiu Jitsu will be hosting a 3-hour NoGi leg lock clinic with none other than Lloyd Cooper – aka @yorkshiregripper from @gripperjiujitsu.

Lloyd is one of Europe’s top leg lock specialists and brings serious experience to the mats:
