Registration Information – BJJ Grappling Event at COOPERS SCHOOL 

Get ready for an exciting day of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu action on OCTOBER 18TH SATURDAY 2025 at COOPERS SCHOOL Hawkwood Lane, Chislehurst BR7 5PS. Whether you’re a White Belt or a Black Belt, this event is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills and compete in a fun, high-level environment.

 JOHN WICK MATCHES ARE SUB ONLY KNOCKOUTS

This tournament will follow the official IBJJF ruleset, ensuring professional and fair competition across Gi and No-Gidivisions. Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division, with the best and biggest medals in town! 🥇🥈🥉

Special Bracket: The John Wick Bracket (Open Class) 

We’re introducing a thrilling John Wick Bracket, featuring Open Weight divisions for:

• Men: Any weight class , 18 years old +
• Women: Any weight category 18 years +

This special bracket comes with a cash prize 💸 for mens bracket and  cash prize for women’s brackets following with  a custom belt for the winners. However, please note that this is a side event and not part of the main divisions. We recommend you check it out if you’re looking for a unique challenge!

Important Details 📝

• Black belt matches will happen after the kids matches roughly around 1-2pm
• Medals: The best and biggest medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in all divisions 
• Weigh-ins: Don’t forget to weigh in 2 and a half hours before on the day of the event! Be sure to arrive early so you have time to check-in. 
• Schedule: Brackets and match schedules will be posted closer to the event—stay updated on Smoothcomp! 
• Division Mergers & Changes: In case of low registration numbers, we may merge divisions. Keep an eye on your Smoothcomp account for any updates. 
• Competitor List: The full competitor list will be available on Smoothcomp, and any changes to your registration will be reflected there. 
• Refund Policy: You can request a refund until SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued. 
• Medic & Safety: A qualified medic will be on-site to ensure everyone’s safety throughout the day. 🩺
• Warm-Up Areas: Designated warm-up zones will be available for competitors to get ready before their matches.

• Step 1: Create or log into your account on Smoothcomp.
• Step 2: Select the appropriate division based on your belt level and weight class.
• Step 3: Complete your registration and submit payment. 
• Step 4: Receive your confirmation email and event details!
