Athletes requesting assistance regarding event registration after October 15, 2025 will not be entitled to support.
NOTE:
Registrations may close earlier if the number set by the organization for the event day is reached, so register early to secure participation.

AUTHORIZATION: By registering for ISBJJA/CBJJD competitions, the athlete agrees to the use of their image in any media, before, during, and after the competitions.
The athlete also authorizes medical assistance provided by any sponsor or by the organization, releasing both from any liability resulting from accidents that may occur during such competitions.
THE TOURNAMENT IS AVAILABLE ONLY THROUGH PRE-REGISTRATION.

ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT As soon as each athlete arrives at the venue, after changing, they must immediately report to the weigh-in and athlete verification area equipped with: If Italian: identity card + tax code + €5
association fee in cash; If foreign: passport + €5
association fee in cash.
TEAM PROMOTION —> “FREE REGISTRATION FOR NEW TEAMS” All teams participating in the MODENA FALL NATIONAL OPEN 2025 that are not yet affiliated with ISBJJA will be exempt from the annual membership fee.
The team leader must complete the “Association” registration form, attach the documents, and submit them by the deadline (October 15).

CHILDREN’S FESTIVAL – Fun activities for warm-up and matches without defined winners. (Introduction of children to the competition environment).
Optional for kids ages 4–12.
During registration, the guardian may choose the Festival option or register in weight/belt categories for the bracket system.
Belt groupings for Mirim, Infantil, and Infanto-Juvenil: White Gray & Yellow: COMPETE TOGETHER Orange & Green: COMPETE TOGETHER AWARDS Weight Categories: From Mirim to Master – medals for 1st, 2nd, and two 3rd places.
Festival Prize (Optional, ages 4–12): Gold medals for all participants.

Requests made after this date will not be processed.
In case of postponement or cancellation, refunds will only cover the registration fee.
The organization will not provide reimbursements for travel, lodging, food, or other expenses.
ADDITIONAL NOTES The event will be monitored by a medical team with a mobile ICU unit for first aid.
Academy instructors are responsible for the physical and mental conditions of their athletes.
Weigh-ins are allowed without belt and gi top.
ISBJJA is not responsible for financial losses in case of event date changes.
ATTENTION: New Dress Code Rules 2025!
Reinforced kimono allowed for children aged 9 and up (permitted for all Festival participants).
From age 10 onward, from children to Masters: only woven gi allowed.
