We will present the competition schedule and the brackets as soon as possible after registration has closed.

🙋🏻‍♂️🙋‍♀️ COACHES

Each academy can bring a maximum number of 3 coaches per day. Coaches need to register for a coach pass before Thursday 23:59 in the competition week. Each coach will get a coaches badge in the entrance. It will NOT BE POSSIBLE to add or change the list of coaches at the event. Any discussion regarding the coaches pass with our crew will not be tolerated and you will be removed from the arena if this is not respected.

🎫 Spectators:

All visitors from 12 years old needs to have a ticket. You need to have a Smoothcomp account that has the age of 12 year or more and buy the ticket in our registration process for athletes.

How to buy a spectator ticket

1. Click register on the eventpage

2. Start the registration process and add all relevant information

3. Add spectator tickets to the cart, check out and pay

4. Your ticket will be available in your account. Use the Smoothcomp app and show your Smoothcomp ID at the entrance so we can scan the QR code.

If you don´t have a ticket you won´t be able to enter the area. Spectators will only have access to the stands. If you are competing during the event the entrance is free on the day you compete. Coaches need to register a coachpass to be able to enter for free.

🥋 JUVENILES IN ADULT CLASS?

Juveniles (16-17 years old), may, if they so wish, also participate in the Adult class, it requires, however a guardian’s certificate to be uploaded in the registration process which will confirm participation in the Adult class. Juveniles competing twice pay only the Adult fee. This option will be suggested to you (if you qualify according to your birth year) when you register at Smoothcomp.com

Download this document and then have the instructor and one parent sign it and then upload the signed document in the registration process. It is also possible to send an email after the registration has been completed.

💳 FEE´S:

Fee adult & master: Early: 400kr, Normal: 500kr, Late: 600kr
Fee kids & juvenile: Early: 250 skr, Normal: 300 kr, Late: 350kr
(juveniles that also wants to compete in the adult class get a discount)

Blackbelts compete for free!

Blackbelts in jiu-jitsu can use the code blackbeltsforfree2025#22 and add this code in the checkout to compete for free in both their division and the open class.

Payment is done with creditcard when you register to the tournament. Smoothcomp will refund your fee if you cancel before the tournament!

– You get 100% back if you cancel from your account before Tuesday in the competition week.

– You get 50% back if you cancel before Friday in the competition week.
