NOG #14 – November 14th 

Nordic Open Grappling is held four times a year at our facilities in Nacka, where we strive to deliver a professional and exciting experience for both competitors and spectators.

The competition is open to juniors, adult and master with divisions for all experience levels.

Nordic Open Grappling (NOG), organized by Nacka Dojo, returns for another action-packed season! With over 20 years of tournament experience, NOG has become one of Sweden’s leading submission wrestling events.

⚔️ Registration

Limited to 200 competitors!
Secure your spot early – registration is only complete once all steps are finalized.

👥 Coaches & Spectators

• Each academy receives 1 free coach pass (registration required).
  
• Spectator tickets: 75 SEK (pre-purchase) / 100 SEK (on-site, if available).
  Space is limited, so pre-buy your ticket to guarantee entry. All visitors aged 12+ need a ticket.
  

🏆 NORDIC OPEN RANKING – 10,000 SEK PRIZE

Earn ranking points at every NOG & NOC event throughout 2026.
The overall Adult Advanced Male and Female Champions will each receive 10,000 SEK in prize money and the title of Nordic Open Champion!

📕 Rules & Bracket Format

• Submission only, with points in overtime.
  
• Official SSWL ruleset applies (no wrestling shoes).
  

2 player: Best of three

3-5 players: True Round Robin

From 6 players or more: Pools with round robin, final rounds with Single Elimination.

Winning a match by submission is valued higher and awards more points. Competitors with the highest points in their pool advance to the final single elimination round.

⚖️ Weigh-ins

Open from 9:00 AM, approximately 30 minutes before your first match.
Once weighed in, remain competition-ready within the venue.

⏰ Schedule

Matches begin at 9:30 AM.
Brackets and start times will be published Thursday before the event.
