Juvenile / Adult / Master:

⚖️ Weigh-in / Weight Rules
📌 Athletes competing in GI must weigh in wearing their GI, and those competing in NO GI must weigh in again without the GI.
📌 Uniform: Will be inspected during weigh-in. Make sure it complies with the tournament rules.
📌 Weigh-In Rules:
- Only one chance to make weight.
- Failure to meet the required weight will result in immediate disqualification.
- Changing divisions on the day of the event is not allowed.
📌 Early weigh-in available (optional):
- From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the event location (the day before the competition).
📌 Weigh-in on event day (mandatory):
- Athletes must be ready to weigh in and compete one hour before their scheduled match time.

⚠️ Important Information
👦👧 Children up to 9 years old compete together regardless of gender, promoting an inclusive environment.
📆 Athlete’s age is determined by the current date, not the birth year.
🥋 Female Divisions:
- Brown and black belts compete together.
- In the absolute division, purple, brown, and black belts form a single division.
- The rules of the highest-ranked competitor present will always apply.
🥋 Male Divisions:
- In the Absolute Division, brown and black belts compete together.

📝 Registration / Regulations
📌 Participant Limit: To maintain a high standard of quality, there is a maximum number of participants allowed.
📌 Registration Closure: PBJJF reserves the right to close registration once capacity is reached or by the set deadline, whichever comes first.
📌 False Information: Providing false information during registration, such as an incorrect date of birth, may result in immediate disqualification and even permanent suspension from future events.
📌 Event Date Changes: PBJJF may change the event date from Saturday to Sunday, from Sunday to Saturday, or, if necessary, hold the event on both days.
Any changes will be communicated in advance to ensure everyone involved can prepare accordingly.

🔄 Refund Policy
📌 Registration fees are NON-refundable.
- PBJJF does not guarantee that all athletes will have opponents due to possible absences.
- If an athlete cancels their registration before the deadline, they will receive a credit code for the paid amount, which can be used for any future PBJJF tournament.
- Cancellations after the deadline are not eligible for credit.

📅 Athlete Responsibilities / Schedule
📌 All athletes are responsible for knowing and following the tournament rules.
📌 Arrival & Fight Schedule:
- The fight schedule will be released one day before the event.
- Athletes must be ready one hour before their scheduled time.
- The tournament may run ahead of schedule, so arriving early is essential.

🏅 Awards – Medals / Trophies
🥇 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will receive medals at the event.
📌 Medals not collected at the podium will not be sent afterward.
