Submission Showdown marks the first SSD torunament organized by THREAK & PROGRESS BJJ. Our commitment to the sport and its athletes drives this event, and we are proud to offer a prize fond of 300,000 Serbian dinars, a testament to our respect for BJJ and the competitors who dedicate themselves to mastering it.

Set in the historic Judo Klub Slavija, this tournament promises a full day of high-level competition from 11:00 until 22:00. We aim to provide not only a professional, well-run event but also an experience where every competitor feels appreciated and walks away proud of their performance, win or lose.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

The organizers reserve the right to reassign competitors to a higher division if it is           determined that their skill level exceeds the appropriate standards for the division they originally registered for. This ensures fair and balanced competition for all participants.

COMPETITION OVERVIEW:

Submission Showdown is an international open Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament, welcoming competitors from all affiliations, whether local or international. All foreign competitors are encouraged to participate, regardless of association.

Registration Information:

Registration period is open until December 18, 2024, at 23:59.

Official tournament brackets will be finalized and published after the completion of weigh-ins on the day of the competition.

FEES:

The competition fee is 30 EUR for all competitors, payable on-site during weigh-ins on the day of the event.

AWARDS AND PRIZES:

• First place winners in each division will be awarded cash prizes and will also get to keep the official rashguards in which they compete in.
• Second and third place winners will receive medals.
• Best competitor of the tournament will receive an additional cash prize.
• The competitor with the best submission in the professional division’s final match will also be rewarded with a cash prize.
