This isn’t just a standard BJJ training camp; it’s a chaotically curated Jiu-Jitsu vacation designed for maximum fun. Experience daily seminars with elite instructors, make lifelong friends, and be one of the first to conquer our legendary MATLANTIS – the floating open mat in the sea!

Hannah Garrett

She’s finessed the art of catch wrestling, and we love that about her. Bringing good ol’ british banter to class, she’ll check your oil whilst grinning at you.

Vivi Roustani

Recent competitor on Kairos Jiu Jitsu, No 2 ranked in Greece and No 15 ranked female black belt in Europe. Vivi knows her stuff.

Dina Gurung

Dina is known in the UK as ‘The Machina’, she will teach you how to takedown the biggest guys in the room and look slick whilst doing it.

Mills

Being 5ft3 and under 60 kilos, she’s spent the past ten years perfecting the art of sneaky submissions. Famous for her illegal techniques.

Nestled by the picturesque Lake Pamvotida, Ioannina is a captivating Greek city brimming with history, culture, and natural beauty. Dominated by its impressive Byzantine castle, the city offers a fascinating journey through time, showcasing influences from its rich Ottoman past, including the legacy of Ali Pasha, alongside its vibrant modern life. Visitors can explore charming old town streets, delve into museums highlighting its renowned silversmith tradition, and enjoy serene boat trips to the unique inhabited island on the lake, making Ioannina a truly distinct and memorable destination in mainland Greece.
The Venues
The camp will be held in Matrix Fitness & Fighting. Located in Katsikas, just outside of Ioannina City, Matrix is run by Mills & Dina – hosting a wide variety of classes: beginners & fundamental BJJ, Wrestling, Advanced/Illegal Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Strength & Conditioning and Yoga.
