Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our webshop. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any items that are returned damaged or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@eurobjj.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless the item(s) is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s).

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s).
