BEACHFRONT BJJ WINTER DAY – EXMOUTH
Beachfront BJJ presents this option of a one day ticket to explore our on and off the mat experience located on the beautiful Jurassic coast in the South West of England.
This experience is not for the feint hearted!! Are you brave enough to face the sea at this time of year?
We all love Jiu Jitsu and train or compete for a multitude of reasons; we each have our own aim. What is common amongst us is the feeling of progression and losing ourselves within the art where sanctuary is sought. Most of our time is invested in progressing on the mat and very little in progressing off it.
Our team are dedicated in delivering investment in your excellence in all areas that effect your Jiu Jitsu as well as the Jiu Jitsu itself. We believe it is vitally important and so our seminars are a blend of education in performance on a wide range of topics. Not only will you receive world class Jiu Jitsu Instruction, but we will also educate you through experiential learning on the positive effects of cold-water recovery, yoga and mobility exercises specifically targeted and designed to relax your mind and body in preparation for the Jiu Jitsu to follow.
Additionally, you will be introduced to a different way to look at mindset, positive thoughts and psychological framing. All our seminars are delivered by exceptional individuals in their chosen field. We are also able to include Nutrition modules and Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation education to really ensure a holistic approach to your Jiu Jitsu progression is achieved.
THE VENUE
Exmouth is one of the oldest and most picturesque seaside towns in Devon, located on the Southeast coast, where the river Exe meets the sea. Close to Exeter, this vibrant town offers plenty of walking and cycling routes and water sports as well as local shops and restaurants to enjoy all year round and boasts two miles of golden sandy beach.
We have secured a stunning venue overlooking the beach. The seminars will be hosted on the top floor of Ocean, our picturesque modern seafront venue. Here you will have the opportunity to witness stunning views of the coastline whilst on the mat whilst affording you space and protection from the unpredictable British weather. Access is easy and as you make your way to the top by either stairs or lift, we have no doubt you will be amazed at the view from the main event room. We cannot wait to show you!
