Submission only grappling event for adult and masters competitors. All levels of experience are welcomed.

Please note that this event is capped at 100 competitors.

RULES

You can win by submission. If there are no submission, judges will decide. Illegal techniques can be found on the next page.

Doors will open at 8:30. First match will start at 9:00.

Competitors should weigh in 1 hour before their division starts. You can find out your match times once the brackets are published.

This is an elimination event. Each division’s winner will receive a bespoke medal.

REGISTRATION

Registration costs £35. Registration deadline 2 September 2023. You can cancel or edit your registration until 2 September 2023. If you cancel your registration before 26 August 2023, you will receive 100% refund.

SPECTATORS

Spectators tickets will be sold at the door for £10 (cash only). Mat side seats are available for spectators. Each gym can bring one coach for free. Other coaches must purchase spectator tickets.

CATEGORIES

Novice (-2 years training), Intermediate (2-5 years training), Experienced (+5 years training)

Adult (+18), Masters (+35)

Men (-70kg, -83kg, -95kg, +95kg), Women (-65kg, +65kg)

Weight and age categories may be merged if there are less than 2 people in a division. You have 0.5kg weight allowance.
