Embark on a transformative 5-day Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey at our Competitive Mindset Seminar in Rome this spring. Your coaches for the week: Tim Welch, MMA mastermind and close friend and coach to UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley, along with Mike Moor, otherwise known as Mindset Mike, mindset and wrestling coach to 9 world champions in the UFC, Bellator, and IBJJF, and Ben Dyson, ADCC European Trials Champion and head coach at Kuzushi Grappling. Training is taking place at Aurora MMA, courtesy of Lorenzo Borgomeo, Director of Cage Warriors Academy Italy.

Rome’s rich history, entwined with the spirit of ancient gladiators, provides a unique setting for intensive training amid awe-inspiring landscapes. This is an unparalleled opportunity to cultivate the competitive mindset essential for high-performing BJJ athletes. Expect a curriculum tailored to highlight strategies and submissions for a dominant performance in competition, weaved together with methods for fortifying your mind including affirmations, visualization, mindfulness, achieving flowstates, and trusting in a higher power.

The week will begin with Wednesday training followed by a welcome dinner for all of our guests and athletes. We’ll also train through the day on Thursday, and on Friday the team will take in the beauty of Rome, from the Pantheon to the Roman Forum to connect with the competitive spirit that has transcended centuries. Saturday and Sunday we get back to training, and we cap the week off with a Farewell dinner on Sunday night. See the camp itinerary here.

These events are on the house and include transportation.
