ATLANTIC QUINTET 2026

Atlantic Quintet 2026 is a No-Gi team competition for grapplers 18 and older. Teams of five compete in continuous elimination format with a unique ruleset focused on submission-only victories.

Competition rules:

• 4-minute matches with no points, advantages, or disadvantages
• Only submissions end matches; tiebreaker is a 2-minute back control round
• Weight limits: 420 kg for men's teams, 350 kg for women's teams
• Maximum one black belt per team, who cannot be the heaviest member
• Banned techniques include slams, scissor takedowns, jumping guard, and single finger/toe grips

Registration is 2,990 kr. per team through Sportabler. Doors open at 9:00, weigh-in until 9:45, competition starts at 10:00.
