BJJ NORGESMESTERSKAP 2026

BJJ NORGESMESTERSKAP 2026 marks the return of Norway's national championship after many years. This historic event features both Gi and No-Gi competition across three age categories: children under 12, juniors, and seniors (18+).

Competition structure:

• Senior open classes: Double elimination (5+ participants) or round robin (fewer participants). All belt levels compete for the Norwegian Championship title (Norgesmester) in open weight and gender divisions.
• Juniors: Organized simultaneously with separate unofficial championship titles (Landsmesterskap) by belt, weight, age, and gender.
• Children under 12: Round robin format with maximum match limits.

Strict equipment requirements:

• Gi classes: Plain white gi meeting international standards with red or blue belt only
• No-Gi: Red or blue rashguard, black shorts (optional tights)
