BRAGA JIU JITSU CHALLENGE

The Braga Jiu Jitsu Challenge runs Gi and No-Gi divisions under IBJJF rules across white, blue, purple, brown, and black belts. Competition starts at 09:00.

Registration is €65 for both Gi and No-Gi entries. Teams are limited to a maximum of 2 athletes per category.

Prize structure (Open Weight, M/F):

• Black: €250
• Brown, Purple, Blue, White: €150 each

Prizes require a minimum of 4 athletes per category. Only one third-place medal is awarded across all divisions.

Important notes:

• Spectator access is restricted to athletes, coaches, and authorized personnel only
• Athletes must arrive 1 hour before their scheduled fights
• Kimonos and weight are checked minutes before competition
• Valid photo ID is mandatory
• If an athlete has no opponents in their category, they may switch divisions, claim a medal and enter the absolute, or transfer registration to the next event
• Fight schedules may adjust based on tournament progression
