BRUSSELS OPEN 1 FBJJB *** ADULT GI & NOGI 03.10.2026

The Brussels Open 1 is an adult-only Gi and No-Gi tournament under IBJJF rules, open to white through black belts on October 3, 2026.

Registration:

• Normal (until April 20): €45 single format, €70 both formats
• Late (until May 6): €55 single format, €90 both formats

Schedule: Weigh-ins Friday 20:00–21:30 and Saturday 10:00–11:45. Competition starts around 12:45 p.m. (following the kids event).

Format highlights: An absolute division is available, limited to top 3 from each category. Male absolutes span white, blue, purple, and elite (brown & black). Female absolutes are elite only (blue, purple, brown, black). Athletes competing alone in their category move up to the next weight class unless someone from below joins.

Prizes & points: Best team awards of €300 in both Gi and No-Gi divisions. Ranking points are available; visit www.fbjjb.be for details on qualifying for the World Championship flight ticket.

Important: Zero tolerance on the scale. Weight-in required for both formats; Gi division competitors must weigh in wearing their Gi.
