EJO HERTFORDSHIRE OPEN

The EJO Hertfordshire Open is a comprehensive Gi and No-Gi tournament under IBJJF rules, spanning age groups from 4-6 years through Masters divisions 1–5.

Registration fees:

• Kids/Juveniles: £25–£30 per division (early bird/normal), £40–£45 for two divisions
• Adults: £35–£45 per division, £55–£60 for two divisions
• Black belts compete free
• Absolute division: £25 if entered in Gi or No-Gi
• Early bird discounts available

What to expect:

• Minimum of 2 matches guaranteed for all participants
• Bespoke medals for top 3 in each category
• No Gi Absolute Champions Division (submission-only or ref's decision) offers a championship belt, £100 cash, and Raine merchandise prizes
• IBJJF-qualified international referees
• Real-time schedule updates via Smoothcomp
• Modern venue with changing rooms, showers, cafeteria, and free parking
• Professional photographer on site
• EJO and Raine merchandise stalls
• Paramedics on site

Spectator info: £10 for adults (paid at the door), children under 12 free. One head coach per academy spectates free with prior email confirmation. Mat-side support varies by age group; adults cannot have coaches or spectators mat-side.

Doors open 8:30am with weigh-ins from 8:30am (must complete 1 hour before division start).
