EMPIRE GRAPPLING: YORKSHIRE WINTER OPEN 2026

The Yorkshire Winter Open is set for January 10, 2026, at the Barnsley Metrodome. This event features both Gi and No-Gi competitions, inviting grapplers of all levels to showcase their skills.

What's on offer:

• Competitions available for various age groups, including children and adults
• Open to all belt levels, from white to black
• Pre-registration is required; no same-day entries will be accepted
• Spectator access from the start of the event

Schedule:

• Doors and weigh-ins open at 8:00 AM
• Matches commence at 9:00 AM
