EUROPEAN MASTER LEAGUE

The EUROPEAN MASTER LEAGUE is a Masters-exclusive Gi and No-Gi event, covering Master 1 through Master 7 divisions under IBJJF rules and weight classes — never merged with Adult categories. With 220–250 competitors expected, the event runs on single-elimination brackets, including a three-athlete format for smaller divisions (athlete 1 vs athlete 2, athlete 3 vs the winner's opponent).

Registration fees (per division entry):

• Early bird (30 Sep 2026 – 5 Jan 2027): €45
• Standard (6 Jan – 24 Mar 2027): €50
• Final (25 Mar – 19 Apr 2027): €60

Athletes competing in both Gi and No-Gi weigh in only once, with scales opening at 08:00 and weigh-ins required no later than 60 minutes before the first match. Small divisions may be adjusted by moving up one weight class or down one age division, with merging requiring written consent; walkover winners can still qualify for Absolute, which is reserved for the top 3 of each weight division.

On offer:

• EML medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
• Quick podium ceremonies
• VIP lounges for competitors and guests
• On-site medical team and AED

Spectator tickets are €10 at the door (grandstand access), and accredited coaches can use the coaching area beside the mats.
