GELDERS OPEN BJJ - GI & NOGI 2026

The Gelders Open BJJ is a large-scale Gi and No-Gi tournament following IBJJF standards, capped at 200 competitors per division. It spans eight age categories from 4-5 years through Masters 2 (40+), with nine belt levels including separate beginner and advanced white belt divisions.

Competition format:

• Kids compete in round-robin (max 4 fights)
• Adults and Masters use round-robin, round-robin with elimination, or double K.O. brackets depending on division size
• Absolutes feature single knockout format
• All competitors guaranteed a minimum of 2 fights

Registration fees:

• Kids: €30 early (until 01-08-2026), €35 late
• Adults/Masters: €40 early, €50 standard, €60 late
• Absolute division: €20
• Black belts compete free

Prizes: Cash awards for Absolutes (up to €1000 per division) and belt-specific prizes for white through black belts, with a 10-competitor minimum per absolute division.

Facilities: Six mat areas, large warm-up space, and dynamic bracket starting times. Division changes allowed until 01-09-2026. Spectator tickets €10 at the door.
