GLIMA - TEAM TOURNAMENT VOL 3.0

GLIMA - TEAM TOURNAMENT VOL 3.0 is a No-Gi team grappling event using the Glíma format. Teams of three compete in submission-only 5-minute rounds with a winner-stays-on elimination structure and round robin team divisions.

Divisions:

• Teens (13-15 years, under 70kg)
• Adults (White, Blue, Purple+ belts based on grappling experience)
• Combined weight limits: 250kg for men/mixed teams, 210kg for women's teams

Format specifics: 1-minute rest between rounds, stalling penalties (3 = disqualification), EBI overtime for final match draws.

Registration: 300 DKK. Doors open 9:30, weigh-in 10:00–10:30. The winning team splits 300 DKK per fighter in their division.
